For instance with my setup that older plugin actually causes iCUE to crash on launch. Your ICUE rules over ASUS MOBO again:sunglasse Open ICUE Software, wait a few seconds for it to detect ASUS MOBO, go to "Settings" and choose MOBO tab, it should show Plug-In v.1.0.4.0 (Sometimes ICUE won't open, so go to task manager, kill ICUE and try opening it again)ĩ. Well, to put it simply, we use the ASUS Aura SDK to talk to the onboard lighting controller on ASUS Aura Ready motherboards. Which means you could only use single color RGB strips with Icue. I think it just lets Icue control the RGB on the Asus Aura motherboards and possibly other Asus hardware. Icue wont recognize the addressable RGB headers but it will recognize the two regular RGB headers. It works for the most part but it doesnt work for addressable gen 2 header. I have to close iCUE and restart the Corsair service to get the lighting to reset. When the Asus plugin loads in iCUE, the RAM lighting freezes most of the time.
